At Serenify Spot, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. As we work with a variety of trusted suppliers for our hot tubs and cold plunges, the warranty for each product is governed by the specific policy provided by its respective manufacturer.

To help you understand the coverage available for your purchase, we have outlined the warranty policies of all our suppliers below. Please review these policies carefully as they may vary between products.

How Our Warranty Process Works

  1. Supplier-Based Policies
    Each product you purchase is covered by the supplier’s warranty. These warranties may include coverage for manufacturing defects, parts, and repairs but are subject to the terms and conditions set by the supplier.

  2. Reviewing Your Product’s Warranty
    You will find the specific warranty details for your product either on its product page or in the documentation provided at the time of purchase.

  3. Submitting a Warranty Claim
    If you experience an issue with your product, please contact us, and we will assist you in connecting with the appropriate supplier to process your warranty claim.

  4. What to Expect

Dreampod Ice Bath Series

Exclusions and Limitations

This limited warranty only applies to the product manufactured by or for Dream Water Ltd. that can be identified by its designation, the “Dreampod Ice Bath Series”. The limited Warranty does not apply to any (a) Dream Water products and services other than the Product, (b) non-Dreampod hardware product, or (c) software, even if packaged or sold with the Product or embedded in the product. Dream Water Ltd. does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Dream Water Ltd. is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Product’s use. The warranty does not apply to a Product or part of the Product that has been altered or modified (e.g. to alter functionality or capability) by anyone who is not a representative of Dream Water Ltd. , or if the Product has components installed that is not approved by Dream Water Ltd. In addition, this Limited Warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by use with non – Dream Water Ltd. approved products; (b) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (c) to damage caused by operating the Product outside permitted or intended uses described by Dream Water Ltd.; or (d) to damage caused by service (including upgrades) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Dream Water Ltd.. This Limited Warranty does not cover the cost of returning the Product to Dream Water Ltd. This is your responsibility.

Warranty coverage:

Dream Water Ltd. warrants the Dreampod Ice Bath and Cold Plunge Barrel against defects in materials and workmanship under the normal use for a period of TWO (2) YEARS for all fiberglass material construction and ONE (1) YEAR for all electronic and mechanical components (Pump, chiller unit, filtration system, computer systems) from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (Warranty Period). If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Dream Water Ltd. will either (a) repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacements, or (b) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, at the manufacturer’s discretion.

Dream Water Ltd. warrants the Dreampod Ice Bath Flex and Cold Plunge Barrel Flex against defects in materials and workmanship under the normal use for a period of SIX (6) MONTHS for the inflatable PVC material construction and ONE (1) YEAR for all electronic and mechanical components (Pump, chiller unit, filtration system, computer systems) from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (Warranty Period). If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Dream Water Ltd. will either (a) repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacements, or (b) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, at the manufacturer’s discretion. In event of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. A replacement part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

Installation Warnings

  1. You are responsible for complying with your local building codes for installing and using the product.
  2. Install only on a circuit protected by a ground-fault circuit interrupter (GFCI).
  3. Connect plugs only in a dry place, away from water sprinklers, rain or flood prone areas.
  4. Use a dedicated GFI breaker for the product.
  5. A high-voltage connector is in the unit. Be sure to turn off the main power supply prior to cleaning or performing any maintenance on the unit.
  6. Never cut the power plug and replace it yourself. This may lead to serious injury or death. Never open the pump housing or its components unless specified in this User Guide.
  7. Unplug the unit from the power source immediately if it shows any sign of abnormal water leakage.
  8. This appliance should not be used if the plug or receptacle is wet.
  9. Do not operate if the power supply cord, plug or any other parts are damaged.
  10. Close supervision is necessary when used by or near children. This appliance is not a toy. Keep away from children.
  11. To avoid injury, do not contact moving parts.
  12. Never yank on the cord to pull the plug from the outlet.
  13. The chiller plug should not be placed directly on the floor. And no plugs should be placed directly on the floor as there might be water around the product.

Important Safety Instructions:

  1. WARNING: To reduce the risk of injury, do not permit children to use this product.
  2. DANGER: Risk of Accidental Drowning. Extreme caution must be exercised to prevent unauthorized access by children. To avoid accidents, ensure that children cannot use this cold plunge unless they are supervised at all times. Cover the plunge when not in use. This will help to discourage unsupervised children from entering the cold plunge. There is no representation that the cover will prevent access to the cold plunge.
  3. IMPORTANT! This manual was written to ensure the proper use and installation of any The Cold Life Cold Plunge. Any modifications to the procedures outlined may result in your warranty being voided. Please read this manual to avoid injury or any unnecessary damage to your equipment.
  4. DANGER: Risk of Electric Shock. Install at least 5 feet (1.5 m), from all other objects, walls and metal surfaces. As an alternative, a cold plunge may be installed within 5 feet (1.5 m) of metal surfaces if each metal surface is permanently connected (bonded) by a minimum No. 8 AWG solid copper conductor (US) No. 6 AWG stranded (Canada) 8.4 mm (Europe) attached to the wire connector on the equipotential bonding bar which is located on the side of the spa control pack.
  5. DANGER: Risk of Electric Shock. Do not permit any electrical appliance, such as a light, telephone, radio, television, etc. within 5 feet (1.5 m) of the cold plunge. All controls or devices accessible from the spa must be powered by a maximum of 12 vdc. Do not permit any electrical appliances powered by 12 vdc or more within 1.5 m of the cold plunge.
  6. ELECTRICAL SUPPLY: The electrical supply for this product must include a suitable circuit breaker GFCI (north America) RCD (Europe) to open all ungrounded supply conductors. The disconnect must be readily accessible and visible to the cold plunge occupant but installed at least 5 feet (1.5 m), from the cold plunge water.
  7. WARNING: To Reduce the Risk of Injury:
    • The water in a cold plunge should never be below 37°F.
    • Elderly persons, children, pregnant women and persons suffering from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure should not use the cold plunge until they consult with their physician.
    • The use of alcohol, drugs, or medication before or during cold plunge use may lead to unconsciousness with the possibility of drowning.
    • Use of the cold plunge should be limited to healthy individuals or under the supervision and approval of a qualified physician.
    • First time users should limit the use of the cold plunge to one minute. Experienced users should limit their sessions to 10 minutes.
    • Do not use while under the influence of alcohol, anticoagulants, antihistamines, vasoconstrictors, vasodilators, stimulants, stimulants, hypnotics, narcotics or tranquilizers.
    • Do not use if you have one of the following symptoms: Dizziness, lightheadedness, chest pain, palpitations.
    • Exit the water immediately if uncomfortable, lightheaded, palpitations or dizziness.
    • Persons suffering from obesity or a medical history of heart disease, low or high blood pressure, circulatory system problems, or diabetes should consult a physician before using a cold plunge.
    • Persons using medication should consult a physician before using a cold plunge since some medication may induce drowsiness, while other medication may affect heart rate, blood pressure, and circulation.

Setup Approval

To validate the manufacturer warranty, we require:

  • Comprehensive Setup Photos: Include details such as tubing/piping runs, pump specifications, and chiller placement.
  • In-House Testing for Integrated Systems: If a chiller is integrated into a Cold Therapy Tub or Spa, the item must be sent to our facility for testing. This ensures proper ventilation, connections, and spacing. Once testing is completed, the tub will be returned to you. Please note that all shipping expenses for this process are the responsibility of the tub manufacturer or customer.

Failure to obtain setup approval or complete in-house testing for integrated products may result in the forfeiture of the manufacturer warranty. In such cases, the chiller will be covered by a 30-day warranty period only.

To ensure proper use and maintenance, customers will be provided with detailed setup, operation, and maintenance instructions.

  • Documentation can be sourced directly from us or created independently, subject to our approval before distribution.

  1. Authorized Wholesaler Support: Wholesalers with HVAC or refrigeration expertise may provide technical assistance to their customers.
  2. Direct Manufacturer Support: If further assistance is needed, our technical support team is ready to help. For prompt and thorough support:

    • While phone support is available, we recommend email for faster and more comprehensive responses.

Warranty Information

  • Standard Warranty: All chillers come with a one-year manufacturer warranty from the shipment date, covering manufacturing defects or errors.
  • Extended Warranties: Customers may have the option to purchase extended warranties for up to three years. All warranties are subject to manufacturer guidelines and limitations.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover misuse, improper care, or incorrect setup.

Important Notes

  • Warranty policies are subject to change by the supplier without notice.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs is typically not covered under warranty.
  • Serenify Spot acts as a liaison in the warranty process but does not directly provide warranty coverage.
