Serenify Spot Return, Refund, & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

 

1. Free Cancellations (Before Shipment):

• Orders can be canceled free of charge at any time before they ship. Simply contact our team via email at sales@serenifyspot.com or call us at +1(732) 440-8503 to initiate a cancellation.

• Once your cancellation is processed, we will issue a full refund for the order.

• Please note that some companies may not allow free cancellations once an order has been processed, but at Serenify Spot, we offer this option until the item is shipped.

2. Custom Orders:

• Orders for custom-made or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins. These products are created specifically to your specifications.

• If you’re unsure whether your product is custom-made, please contact us prior to placing your order.

• All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products, a policy that many businesses follow to ensure the integrity of custom products.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

3. 30-Day Return Window:

• You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return. The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.

• Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the item, minus any applicable fees.

• Note: Not all companies offer this flexibility for returns after shipment, but we do our best to accommodate your needs within this window.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns:

• The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• If your return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Restocking Fee:

• A restocking fee of 20% of the item’s sale price will be deducted from your refund on some items. This fee helps cover non-recoverable expenses such as handling, inspection, and repackaging.

• Many companies follow similar restocking fee policies, but rest assured that we strive to keep our fees transparent and fair.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom-made, used, or damaged items cannot be returned. Please make sure to inspect your items upon delivery and notify us immediately if there are any issues.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

7. Inspection on Delivery:

• Upon receiving your order, please inspect the packaging and the product for any visible damage. If you notice any issues, document the damage with photos and contact us within 24 hours at sales@serenifyspot.com.

• We will process a claim for any damages that occurred during shipment and work with you to provide a replacement or repair if needed.

8. Freight Damage:

• For larger items shipped via freight, any visible punctures, dents, or exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours to validate a claim. Photos and videos are required for processing the claim.

• Some companies may not provide coverage for damages not reported within this timeframe, but we make it a priority to assist our customers promptly.

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
